Did that big money make Dabo complacent?

him a sense of VALIDATION for the way he was doing things, which is why he is so reluctant to make changes. And, that is a puzzlement, since what GOT him that first big success WAS making changes. He first brought in Chad Morris to change the offense, and then Brent Venables to change the defense. Butt, then, he seemed to morph into this "We are an island unto ourselves" approach with all the internal coaching promotions, which are now being exposed as not working, at least on some levels.

Dabo always does staff evaluations at the end of every season, and unless there is a really DRAMATIC turnaround from now to the end of the year, I expect more changes are coming.
