of the point of the whole thing. I'm definitely a less is more kind of guy, but good grief its a tribute and reminder of our national championships and they leave out the words national championship.
But I have no doubt that your theory as to why its not there is correct. I was thinking that myself when I saw the picture. That's really too bad.

Is the paw dead? Did it die last year? I thought the paw was born before 1981?
Is Memorial Stadium only 35 years old?
I thought Frank Howard was older than that?
Whatever, it's a stadium sign. Would have been better if it had been done right, but they were close. It doesn't really matter anyway. Houston matters. That's what really matters.
