One week ago today my 81 year old cousin, life long friend and life long TIGER suffered severe burns while burning leaves at his house. The fire got out of control and while trying to contain it he stumbled, fell into the fire and his clothes caught on fire.
He was transported to The Augusta Burn Center. A number of people are already praying for his recovery; however I know he would appreciate your prayers also.

I really appreciate all the sincere responses. Here is what I know now. This is probably going to be a long process since all of the burns are third degree.
He has some existing conditions that are hindering the process. Last week he had to endure a heart stress test due to chest pains. The test almost finished him, so no progress was made toward his wounds. Yesterday he was scheduled for surgery but it was canceled due to a low oxygen level.
He seems to be in good spirits considering. I am worried about him to say the least.

My cousin Bobby went through a very similar experience years ago. It's a very precarious time right now and the prayers of family & friends are essential in the process.
His doctors & nurses are some of the best around and will provide the medical care.
We will be adding our T's & P's to minister to his spirit and soul. God is our great healer.
