Dead serious here

when/after Cole came in the momentum and fire on offense and defense was affected.
That was an EPIC dumb move by Dabo and staff. I hope someone questions them on it after the game. There was absolutely nothing to be gained from doing it...NOTHING.

Go to bed. You're aware there is another team in the field, right? Sometimes they make plays, too.

as if it somehow makes them a big person.
If Watson goes down sometime before the Coot game, you're gonna wish like hail that Dabo and Chad had gotten Cole as many snaps as possible.

But you really think his coming in lead to the defense missing several key tackles on the TD drive?

I also think in general UNC's offense is good enough they're gonna score some points.
Now, I'm on record saying I wouldn't have put Cole in in that situation, but I think in general the performance of our offensive line has been what caused problems for the O. It seems no matter who the QB back there is the pressure is in his face early. And our running game has serious issues right now.

It was a classy move, but it might have given the subtle message that it was over at 17-0 and it was time for the backup to get some playing time. Defense definitely seemed to let up after that (and even worse in the second half), and they had come out really on fire to start the game.
To UNC's credit though, they didn't exactly lay down and die either...

of the team. If it's true we're effed if DW goes down. You really ought to put your brain in gear before you put your mouth in motion.
Is no one considering an injury to DW breaks our season if Cole isn't tuned up constantly. You sumbiches need to go into coaching if you want to run a program.

See thats weird because I think other teams have backup QB's that don't get reps in a conference matchup before halftime just in case of an injury lol
Whether or not you like or dislike cole as a person or QB, fact is he is the BACKUP. No team that im aware of in NFL or college puts in their backup before halftime just to make sure he gets practice. If im wrong here then someone needs to let 98% of the other teams know that their backup QB needs reps during conference games
These two in my opinion should not have any title of "sharing qb duties". You share duties of QB's when one QB has something to offer in the offense that the starter doesn't (for example the wildcat). What does Stoudt have that Watson doesn't besides seniority and loyalty?

Are you actually telling me that you think the game wasn't in hand since the flip of the coin? Really? Our defense and you worrying about losing to a bunch of high school dropouts?

You act as if we destroyed UNC by 4 TDs. If we didnt get that late end zone pick the game could have been decided by 7 points.
Last year when we were drilling Syracuse by 30 points before half (not sure if it was 30 but it was a lot) i did not see Stoudt come in before the half expired to get reps in case Boyd was injured. The coach of Syracuse is cussing us on the sidelines for running up the score before halftime but that isn't a good time for a backup to get reps? We were only up by 17 at half of this game.
I'm not saying never let Stoudt play, but if your argument is going to be about reps in case of injury there is a better time to do it.

Please remember that Stoudt hasn't had that many snaps against live fresh 1st team D. Maybe the Coaches need some film on Stoudt and how the team responds around him. That way they can clear up some issues. If I where a coach I would have set Boyd some the past 2 years and let Stoudt get some reps with the one's. Of course if I where a coach I would be wearing cool free Clemson gear, making Big Bucks, roving the sidelines, and being 2nd guessed by a bunch of Tigernetters.
