done for the comparison..
I love Dabo and he is doing a great job given the landscape change with the SEC and the ACC.. Danny did not have to recruit against highly ranked usuck, bama, Ole Miss, LSU, etc........ When was the last time we got 10 Wins back to back? So he can chew all the tabacco he wants, Dabo is KING.
Now can we focus and beat the cajun tigers.

Clemson opened with Georgia almost every year and they also play FSU in one of the most famous games in ncaa history, the punt rooskie.

Danny recruited against the same teams Dabo is recruiting against. Danny was a down to earth guy that people naturally liked. I am a Dabo fan also, but it is no comparison. Danny set the bar real high at Clemson. During the 70's and the 80's everyone did unethical things Danny just got caught. Georgia won 3 SEC titles by cheating. South Carolina had a steroid scandal going on that is pushed under the rug.

Involved in the scandal with Chaikin. It ultimately cost him his life at 38 due to steroid abuse.

without CJ or Jacoby Or Palmer. Danny's teams never got embarrassed by losing 70-33 . Danny was better than .500 against teams with a winning record . Danny was better than 4-9 against non conference opponents. Danny didn't embarrass the fans by running his mouth after getting slapped around on the field consistently by our rival. But you are right we have the next Danny Ford and his name is Chad Morris , fire Dabs.

Uhhh......37-17 loss to Duke under Danny. Duke finished 2-9 that season. That's embarrassing......Btw, the OC for Duke was a guy named Steve Spurrier. It appears even Coach Ford had a tough time with the old ball sac.
Danny was a great coach but not perfect. Dabo is not perfect either but deserves a great deal of credit as well.
Unfortunately.....some of our fan base refuses to be supportive of our back to back 10 win season coach!

My answer is not a Danny vs. Dabo response. I'm pulling for Dabo, but your portrayal of Danny is BS. In the investigation, Danny was never found to be guilty of being involved in the infractions. Check it out if you don't believe me.
So I would say, you should check your facts before posting this garbage.

So the failure goes to the top period and the institution for failure to put proper measures. Enough said.
Danny won and he is a great coach and I do remember when he was let go. It was hell and I was sad. Bottom line, Dabo did not cheat, and he won 10 back to back. So stop crying all we will get another Tommy era. Next year will be at least 10 two. So you all stop and support your CURRENT in one the biggest games we had in some time.
Let us take down the cajun tigers...

Dabs has one ACC championship in four years . Went 6-7 in an ACC that was the worst in all time . Hired Steele , Napier, and fired Koenig. Got obliterated by mullet wearing couch burners and gets smoked by our rival EVERY SINGLE YEAR . Dabs is mediocre at best and don't think you can convince me or tell me what to do , I'm a man and I'm 36 so I know Dabs is a product of a weak ACC and a weak minded fan base.

Danny's teams were just #### good.....tough on the lines of scrimmage.....pretty much like watching Alabama now.....but I think we may have been better than bama in late 86 ..and all of 87 88 and 89.......of differences then and now are the penaltys for cheating....back then the penalties were a lot more harsh than now.....and to the question of wither do we ct now.or not......who knows.....but i do think that you have to cheat to be competive.
