While I think NIL could be embellished by Dabo just to add depth and to fill holes but NIL teams will never be elite annually! You might strike lightning once every 10yrs but will not happen every year.

Norvell took Taggert's top recruits then added a few players and had a good team. Then the players gave up at the bowl and left the team. Now its a 100% rebuild after 0-2.

Dabo has a great foundation, just add a few players and he is elite again.

I think I made it clear. BC doesnt have a bunch of transfers, they had 15 returning starters. O'Brien took 9 transfers to fill depth after bunch left with coaching change. I think only 3 transfers started. I dont recall GTs numbers but I recall them having like 15 returning starters as well. Both had returning QBs.

than NIL or portal. Hiring friends and family as coaches has led to a lack of player development and poor X’s and O’s. Fix that and we are more than halfway there of getting back to the top of the mountain.
