“When I (the Tigers) go through South Carolina ('s William Brice Stadium,) it will be one of the most horrible things in the history of the world. The devil himself couldn’t restrain my men (players) in that state (stadium).”

of practice and scrimmage - great focus and motivation! Bryant is best looking receiver with Peake right behind him. All three qbs look really good and Stoudt and Kelley look sharper then Boyd so far. We have a great future at QB. The defense has looked better than offense, even Sammy is bragging on them. Leggett looks like best TE so far, and he is not even supposed to be out of HS. If the defense is better and the offense as good as hyped, this will be a better season than last year - GO TIGERS!

Please don't tell me Spurrier is playing the role of the Confederate General defending Columbia.
My great great great(oh h(e)l(l)I don't know how many greats it was) fought for the south.I sure don't want to have to join Spurriers Rebs.

Personally, I wouldn't mind if he also borrows a practice from Sherman and burns Williams-Brice to the ground after we (re-)conquer it.
