It's Homecoming and Breast Cancer Awareness week. Dabo says they are excited to be back in the Valley this week, the last one until after Halloween. "We will be decorating for Christmas the next time we are in the Valley."

Swinney says that Wake is skilled and unique at what they do. The QB is very talented. He's crafty and gritty and fits the mold of a Wake QB.

Wake doesn't look different without Sam Hartman. The QB has been around and is a good player. And he has good WR around him. They have 4 or 5 guys that can play, and all three RB are impressive on tape.

You can't play zone the entire game because they will hit the pockets, and they take 10 or so deep shots per game.

On "Best Is Standard" Swinney says it's about doing your best in everything you do. It's an inward focus. As the program has developed, people think it means about being the best and Swinney says that is dangerous, living your life outside in. You have to be committed to be your best
