I read/interpret ‘day to day’ differently, but Dabo has always been obtuse when discussing or answering questions about injuries.
I know one should never overlook an opponent, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Dabo and staff are actually holding them out this week to get them an additional week to heal.

Why are we asking Shipley to push Cade into the endzone when we got 4 or 5 DT’swell suited to accomplish the task?

just before a road game at ranked Miami, an also after 6 games, with 6 games to go, the Bye couldn't be any better this year.

injuries does not appear high on that list. Too many times, "day to day" injuires have wound up being season ending.

IMHO Clemson players played their guts out, made a few costly mistakes, but in the end were held back by coaches lacking the conviction to BRING THEIR OWN GUTS and give the players a chance to pursue the win with aggressive plays on Offense, Defense & Special Teams.

College Football = 12*3 games for you to prove why

you deserve a spot in the NFL (an extremely extremely selective organization)
If i had worked my entire life to become a pro athlete, i would not let half these injuries these guys get stop me from playing
i'm getting tired of these injuries . i'm now in next man up mode

I think it works the opposite way now. Guys who want to go to the next level will only want to play if at full strength so they don’t look bad on film/video/digital media. And nowadays a coach gets in major trouble for forcing guys to play injured. They just let the team doc handle all of that stuff so we end up with a much more conservative approach.

Plus there is so much money at stake in a NFL career many players don't want to risk further more damaging injury.
