Is what’s hurting this team honestly, he is doing a good thing giving them coaching opportunities and knowledge it’s the lack of experience that’s hurting the team need more coaches with experience at D1 level if I played 4 years under Dabo and retired from the NFL doesn’t automatically make me to be a coach at D1 level, you need years of experience buildup at high school level and go from there, and if you’re good enough and the experience shows then you’ll get your shot
