Pure genius I tell you. It’s obviously clear to me now that the plan all along was to groom the college football world into thinking Clemson’s dynasty run is done. Every game, every opponent last year, seemingly a struggle to win. Purposely keeping the score low, doing just enough to eek out last second wins. Really, this strategy played out all year until obviously the coot game, where DJ and the D blew the feathers off those dirt pecking slapdicks.

Now, everyone thinks little ol Clemson stinks again which gives us a huge advantage in preparation and in the mental game. Players and teams already predicting Clemson losses…..HA! Boy are they gonna be shocked when All World DJU comes in and starts wiping the field with them.

Yes the plan was unorthodox, basically forfeiting a year to prime the perception. But the covid year allowed for many amazing players to come back another year.

Bravo Coach! Well played! I can’t wait to see this team bring home a couple more Clemson Football Championships this season.

he made up, such as:

“Practice makes perfect” and “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!” When he revealed these two, it was clear to the whole world that he knows how to motivate.

And when “the media” (which is, of course, a monolith) conspires against him simply because he’s so genuine, you just gotta love how he came up with: “Frankly, my dear, I don't give a dadgum, which is not at all a southern-fried version of GD so people can mean it without actually saying it.” I mean, what a quote!

These aren’t just words and phrases. They are quite obviously miracles.
