I think Dabo should verify and confirm whether Spurrier really made the comment or not before going off as he did....really needed to stay focused on the task at hand this weekend.
I've heard it was Todd Ellis on the radio and not Spurrier.
Tigers got beat last weekend, move on.

Dabo's words weren't for you, for Spurrier, for USC or for anyone else except his players and the Clemson fans. He is motivating his team to play and his fans to show up. He couldn't give a crap about the rest of you, and neither could I.

So yeah, Spurrier is dbag numero uno....but the quickest, surest way to shut him up is winning. Beating USC year in and year out is a tradition I look forward to renewing soon. BUT if Clemson goes 8-0 and every year and doesn't realize there are still at least 4 more games left AND that they haven't accomplished squat...it will be like watching reruns, the only difference will be the "actors".

Clemson is still Clemson. The difference is that SCar hired a 6-time SEC champ, 1-time National championship HOF coach. Predictably, he recruited well and converted a weak (6-5) SCar program into a tough SEC contender. Clemson promoted a WR coach.

After a lot of Clemson "fans" have started to sell tickets, nobody seemingly fired up for the game, im sure there have been letters and emails to the AD. players, you said, "it's either poor coaching or a statistical aberration", when in reality it doesn't have to be either one. And you were definitely leaning towards poor coaching as evidenced by putting up all those silly charts that actually contradicted your shortsighted theories.

In that old debate, I tried to explain to you about a dozen times but you just didn't get it. Other people interjected that they understood what I was saying and that you were to dense to understand. So I know that it's your inability to comprehend, not my inability to articulate.
At the time, you wrote that some of our NFL draftees didn't perform like 4-star players. That was the point where I gave up on you and realized that your grasp of things is far different than mine.

It's funny..even looking back on it now, and seeing the evidence that CLEARLY shows you were wrong, you still can't admit you were wrong.
And I never said anything remotely similar to "our NFL draftees didn't perform like 4-star players". That either an outright lie or you're getting me confused with someone else.

And, Jamie Harper absolutely DID NOT display 4-star talent while at Clemson, so I was 100% correct.

Don't even bother with Razz. He is a confirmed Dabo hater. Dabo could win 10 NC in a row and Razz would find something to complain about. Just because Clemson didn't go out and hire his choice for a head coach.
BTW, some of these "can't miss" choices for head coach aren't doing as good as we are with our "Wide Reciever Coach"

Do you seriously think that Steve Spurrier knows, in real time, what is posted on the Gamecock's Twitter account? I doubt he even visits it periodically, and I wouldn't be surprised if he's never visited it. Does Clemson football have a such a Twitter page? I've never seen it because I could care less about that stuff. If I can't be bothered reading a Twitter account, I have no doubt that Steve Spurrier can't be bothered. He's probably busy coaching.
