how to attack the zone by attacking the gaps. It's one of the better coaching videos I have seen about attacking the zone. I have used many of the principles.

So, you post "cool older video" and find some way to contradict yourself by then criticizing him when he says, "I'm worried." It's a 30 second clip, so you have no context. Additionally, he's being honest. He's talking with another assistant as they are game planning, and he's saying he's worried. We don't know the opponent, we think we know generally the year, but we don't know the relative health of the team, the quality of the other team, etc.

What do you want to hear? If he can't be honest with his assistants when game planning, when can he be honest? Have you ever coached? I don't care what age group. If you have ever coached and claim to never have said the phrase, "I'm worried," you're lying.

Positive about his team's chances in the NIT? I bet he could get us to 29-3 quicker than a CJ Spiller 40.

If you're being facetious, then disregard, but I have to disagree about Earl Grant. He was decent for a few seasons at CofC, but he has a losing record overall and in the ACC at BC. He could have them trending in the right direction (+3 wins each of the last two seasons), but that remains to be seen.
