I disagree with their statement: "Then, Clemson. On national television. On four days’ rest."
Actually, UL gets 5 24-hour periods of rest, so I would say they get 5 days rest. However, CLEMSON must travel one day, so we only get 4 days rest.

They dominated the game defensively? Dude, if DW hadn't broken a finger, that game would not have been close.
Also, we should have very fresh legs for this one. Them, not so much. They do have an advantage hosting on Thursday night, but I don't see this game being competitive in the 4th qtr. Whoisville will be 1-2 to start the season.

12 first downs, and Watson wasn't sharp before he got hurt either. Yeah, their defense dominated us.
Our defense dominated even more though and if not for that 1 fluky 73 yard pass at the end they might not have cracked 200 yards on us.

Ummmm....I enjoy an orange-tinted glasses perspective occasionally myself. But the fact is that DW went 2 of 6 for -5 yds passing in the first and part of the 2nd quarter when he went down. Louisville has an odd, confusing line up on defense that is very hard for a QB to read. In Athlon's top 40 ACC players for 2015 ALL of Louisville's linebackers are listed.
We beat them, but this isn't going to be a walk away. Our defense has got to be on point and our running game's gotta be top flight to give DW a chance to make some big play/action passes.
