Intersection Hwys 88 and 178 is a SC DOT cluster. They are building a cottam roundabout while traffic is driving thru. Sat for 20 min waiting to drive thru.
No detours, no warnings whatsoever. The work crews looked like a bunch from Ollie’s.

Did the same thing on Hwy 11 - about once a week an 18 wheeler tries to straighten it out

keeping traffic moving yet the people absolutely hate them mostly because they are too dumb to figure out how to drive around one.
Case studies from aerial drone videos on youtube are always funny. We put one in a dangerous intersection in Rock Hill and we would sit out there and watch people go left around the roundabout all the time.
