Clemson goes 11-1 and they will be in a BCS game.

The BCS needs ten spots and Clemson will be one of the ten with a 11-1 record. Notre Dame will finish with at least two losses more than likely three.

Agree. Notre Dame is irrelevant. Deserving or not, if we win out, beat USuC, and finish 11-1, we'll be ranked in the BCS top 10.

The BCS needs 10 teams. They won't be able to take a 3rd SEC team that will surely also be in the Top 10. Even if a 11-2 ACC Champion FSU team with a UF loss and a Big East Champ are ranked below us, I suspect we'd get a bid as an at-large - probably to the Sugar.

I agree. If we win out, we will play in a BCS game.

Might even be better if we dont play in the ACC Championship game. You never know how that game will turn out. Of course winning it has its sure benefits. But a trip to another BCS location is not all that bad.

This whole mentality like ok Sugar bowl is better because we might lose ACCCG and not get any BCS bowl at all is terrible and part of why we been sucking last decade or so. We should always think of WINNING next game doesn't matter if its BCS bowl or ACCCG or a cupcake game.

Winning ACC gives us a trophy and no matter how much ACC sucks, by not winning it we would be even worse because we couldn't win a terrible conference.

ND will not lose three. They will prob be 11-1 also.
Our best chance is for the Big 12 to have a bunch of 9-3 teams and no 2nd place team with 10-2.

We need oklahoma to drop 2 more.
Or FSU to drop another one somewhere.
