One thing that was clear in the 10 years of the 4 team playoff was 2 of the 4 were waaay better than the other two. In fact, during the 17 years of BCS 16 of the 17!they got it right with just the top 2

Theres a big drop off after the top 2. Consistently. Even in the top 10. Not sure we’re top 10 but I do believe we’re top 20. Likely top 15.

Did we look good Saturday, nope. Did we play a team way more talented than us, yep. Always lots of overreacting after week 1 in college football. I still have us getting to 10 wins this year.
