Clemson AND FSU make the first College Football Playoff?

Clemson:
Wins against UGA, Sakerlina, UNC, Louisville, etc.
FSU:
Wins against OK St, Florida, Notre Dame, Louisville, Miami, etc.
One of the two losing to the other, and the winner of that game beating the Coastal Division winner in the ACCCG (ie. Duke, UNC, VT, Miami).
I think if the above scenario happens, and depending on the success of those on our schedules, that FSU and Clemson will have a solid opportunity for both making the 4-team playoff.

We must beat FSU, win the ACC and beat the coots to make the playoff. Only game we can lose and still make it is UGA - and then only if UGA goes on to win at least their division of the SEC.
It ain't right, but at this point the only conference that can get two in is the SEC.

Only way it happens is if its a close game between FSU and Clemson and both run the table. Even then they will need help to get 2 teams in. Clemson also needs UGA and the Coots to be top 10 or top 5 teams too if they lose to FSU.

The first 4 team playoff system will include 4 conference champions from the big 5, that is almost unquestioned. The committee will see to it, as conference champs from the big five will rule the roost, one will be left out. The days of two teams from one of the big five getting into the show are likely no longer. Not until they expand it to six or eight, which they will. It is coming, but not just yet.

The political pressure and the money will be too great for any conference to get 2 teams in the playoffs. I expect the BG10 to be left out. I can hear the SEC homers whining already about how they deserve to have 2 teams in the playoffs.

ACC only gets in one team and that is if they end the season as the ACC champ and have no more than 1 loss somewhere in the first 3 games of the season.
