Holy lord I know the D was good this year but if what I saw on that short clip is gonna be like that all the time his presence alone is gonna bring a humungous edge to this team

was a major problem with the team, a problem squarely on our staff's shoulders.

I dealt with it as an Army Officer in command positions over 50 years ago, realizing that the lack thereof can be fatal to any unit. Therefore, the staff has to demand it, enforcing it rigorously.

My attitude is simple: these are grown men, legal adults, all of whom could be suited up in military uniforms. When Frank Howard demanded 110 percent...he meant it!
