Yes but anyone who wants to go can hit up stubhub or any aftermarket site just haven’t checked the prices yet.

Those are not available through Clemson to IPTAY members, at least not at my level.
I mean Texas' Daryl K. Royal stadium only seats 106,000, so they cannot really give any to the visiting team. SMH.
The CFP should set a minimum amount that must be made available to visiting teams in the first round -- the greater of 10% of the stadium capacity or 5,000 seats.

The issue is Clemson IPTAY members can buy tickets at face value for the CFP games except the first round.
Why are you so interested anyway coot? I know the college football playoff experience is completely foreign to coot fans.

Tickets are around $300 before fees for Texas on secondary market. Just got mine

Clemson only got 3500 tickets from Texas. The CFP wanted to give higher seeded home team the full home team advantage. Maybe they should give the 5th conference Champion the home field for the first round game since they missed a bye. I can see arguments both ways for that one!

I get they want it to be a true road game but why do they give less tickets to the CFP visitors than SEC regular season games.
Found this on SEC visiting team ticket allocation policy: "The visiting team receives 5,000 tickets for each SEC football game, with 2,000 of those seats in the lower bowl."
