CFP Random Lottery

Did anyone enter the CFP random lottery back in the spring? They said that entrants would be notified by 10/31 if they were selected to buy up to 4 tickets. Hoping I get selected because the other method of buying bids is a little outrageous.

Back in February.

Only time I couldnt get post season tickets through iptay was peach bowl in 2003 and acc champ game in 2015.

Would have guaranteed me a chance to buy tickets at face value... the random drawing is free to enter and then you still get to buy tickets at face.

Take the 2017 ACC Championship game as an example. I’ve been in IPTAY 49 years and can get TWO tickets to the game. To get four tickets I must have 800 points! CLEMSON will get 5000 tickets to distribute for the ACC Championship game. I wonder where the remaking 60,000 + are going? Scalpers?

I entered that random drawing as well. I just emailed them asking if the winners had been notified yet, and their response was "Not yet- stay tunned!"

Clearly this is being run by the SEC based on the poor spelling, but the good news is we still have a chance!

and was notified around 10/10; it says by 10/31 for this year but given last years timing, I'm guessing we may have missed this boat; you could try emailing them or posting on their twitter of facebook to see if the winners have been notified yet??

I called the cfp 800 number a couple of weeks ago and was told it would be the very end of the month before notifications went out.
