Im certain Dabo is not a racist and that his heart is in the right place. I do think he is tone def on recent events. Reality and society are changing, and for the better. Dabo and the program would be best served by getting ahead of and leading the change, not react to it. You do this with concrete action. (Listening, leadership, faith, etc. might be a start, yet won’t really accomplish anything by themselves.) Instead he’s missed two chances to say anything about how he/the program will do things differently. His comments last week were rather abstract and yesterday’s were mostly defensive and, worse, play the victim. Seriously, just kept it brief and focus/say what you’ll actually do about it. Otherwise, to most outside the hardcore fans — and that includes recruits, Dabo’s response is just tenuous.

racist by people like you. I know you said you don't believe he is racist but you sent mixed signals by saying he needs to do more to change his program. The actions he's taken seem concrete to me. By saying he needs to do more, you're implying that he allows racism, at least that's how I understood it.

What has Dabo done that is wrong that he needs to do differently in regards to this matter?
What “change” do you think he needs to make?
See, here’s the deal. When you are doing the right thing already, you don’t need to change a thing. Just because the world around you is changing or espousing change, it doesn’t mean you need to change when you are already doing the things the world wants everyone else to do. Dabo is already there.
The world needs to be more like Dabo, not the other way around.

Dabo Swinney should put up their resume. What the bleep have they done? Let's compare Dabo's work to theirs and see who comes out on top.
