And favorite to win an Occulis? But not a peep about the alleged FBI investigation of computer crimes across state lines or whether Beamer could have allegedly received signs of our game. It would have been his second time , first when he was fined by Georgia $ 25,000. Why the silence?

Exactly. Dabo basically said just that. He said everyone does it, but not scouting future opponents as you stated.

Just like in baseball, there is a reason signals are concealed or scrambled and delivered in code or symbols. It's not cheating or gaining an unfair advantage at all; If it can be done using methods readily available to every team, then figuring out the other team's signals is totally fair and just part of the game in a competitive environment like football.

Either during a press conference or interview this season, when questioned about Michigan's next level, prior-to-gametime, sign stealing stratagem; he referenced his time at Louisville. He offered no evidence(anecdotal or otherwise) but made the claim. He sounded like a sore loser and clueless about the Michigan situation–
