It was clearly a safety. The explanation is that the ACC officiating is just that bad.

They did that for us in the Miami game. Klubnik should have had a safety before halftime.

Yeah, but that was incompetence. But to be fair, they didn’t have as good a camera view as at that fsu game.

No they had a hood angle in the Miami game as well. It was a clear safety.

Officials on the field, replay Officials should be suspended for that call and upheld call. No way that is not a safety.

Announcers were correct that Travis was running backwards so the forward progress thing didn't make any sense. IMO he should've been down when his knee touched and that would've been a safety.

The refs have started to become part of the game and feel like they over analyze every blade of grass while making sure they get on TV as many times as possible. Just make the instinctual call when you see it and let’s move on. Jesus. They think they are celebrities
