I for one am disappointed that FSU isn’t bringing the band. Having a few fans and their band in the lower level is part of what makes CFB. Why do we have to change everything?

I think that this is a great opportunity for us and the ACC to show some leadership. Just because others do it, why do we have to play the same game. Great time for the ACC commish to make each school do it the old way. And market it as something the ACC has- a real college atmosphere.

Oh wait, we don’t have any leadership in our conference.

And another reason- I like to travel to away games. Not anymore if I have no chance
If sitting near the field.

And most of the time we get to do the war chant back at them , or shout “you su&$” to the GT band- that is fun

I about made this same post earlier. We need some leadership in college football but apparently have none. Putting bands in the upper deck, not bringing bands, playing piped in music when the bands should be playing during time outs and in between quarters.

In 10 years people will be complaining that college football is just like the pros and they will be right.

It would seem that Clemson is merely trying to keep up with the times and trying to maximize home game revenue. We're a little late to the game considering what other teams have subjected our band and fans to.

I'd love to see and across the board mandatory agreement where every school abided by the same seating allotment for visiting teams and bands.

Until that happens, it seems that Clemson is merely following every one else's lead.

I really enjoy seeing fans from the other schools at Tiger games. How else are they going to know what a great place Clemson is. Recognizing them and making them feel at ease while they are on our campus is a wonderful thing. We certainly have nothing to hide. I always make it a point to welcome visitors to This Tigertown. I wish FSU had 10,000 coming in next Saturday at noontime.

You give the ACC commissioner more credit than he has. Each school sets their own ticket policy and only our games where home and home tickets may have a different level are Notre Dame and South Carolina. I agree the game will not have the same feel without FSU's band because their band is awesome. If we play at FSU next year, the game will be different without our band being there.

Clemson has just sold out for big money and we can only hold on to memories now. Money rules the world.

who knows if bands will even continue to be a part of the sport? College football is changing into professional football in so many other ways. I never see bands in NFL games.

There’s nothing stopping FSU from bringing their band. They can even put them in the lower deck if they want to…

Here’s the thing: FSU simply won’t put their big donors in the upper deck so that the band can have the lower seats. This “drama” is all on them, not us.
