he should stay another year because he doesnt catch the ball through contact like MW or the other great recievers. I think KB is a pretty good passer almost on a DW level. The play calling is bad this year and it makes KB not look as good as he is. Hes one of the most athletic QBs in the country and has a top 5 arm.

Sorry, but I have to disagree with you... play calling doesn't include overthrowing receivers by 10 yards. That said, play calling is a problem.

74 offensive plays... 34 rushes, 38 passes. Of the 34 rushes, 20 were carries by the QB for 88 yards (4.4 ypc). 14 were carries by the tailbacks for 136 yards (9.8 ypc). Perhaps the tailbacks deserve a few more attempts, which would also reduce the hits on the QB. As to the passes, 38 attempts by a QB who was having his worst night (accuracy-wise) of his career (4.9 yds per attempt)? Since we're making 6.4 ypc on rushing plays and 4.9 on passing plays, maybe we should consider changing 10 of those passing attempts over to rushes. And, if so, since the tail backs are averaging almost 10 ypc, give them the ball the majority of those 10 attempts. Do the math... an additional 100 yards rushing balanced against the 50 yards if we attempted to pass it. And given that ETN is averaging one "chunk play" every 4.6 attempts, just maybe he hits a big one.
Kelly was having a tough night throwing the ball. Both he and the tailbacks were doing much better pounding it.
Just sayin'. Granted, I'm not a coach, but I watch pretty closely...

only lost 1 game. We have only panicked a little calling plays once all year, Syracuse. How can you say our play calling is bad with a straight face?
I don’t mean to be rude but statements like this are just absolutely ridiculous.

I don't think staying is going to help Cain's NFL stock imo. Great athlete, a little inconsistent from game to game, NFL body, a qb who isn't going to help him look better from game film. Don't think any of those things will change next year. Guessing we will pound the rock next year with KB, TF, and ETN

What's been wrong with the playcalling? We just put up 38 points(31 on offense) and could have easily scored on a couple other drives if Bryant hits open receivers. Heck, to the defense of Bryant we could have scored before the half, but Cain had a ball go right through his hands that would have given us a first down inside the 10. I like Bryant just fine, but it's almost insane to compare his passing ability to Watson's or to say he has a top 5 arm in the country.
