For sure. I mean, George Santos recognized there wasn't a whole lot of difference between his profession and being an American politician. And so a gay drag queen grifter from Brazil literally got himself elected to Congress...as a Republican. Which would have been some kind of record until Bob Menendez came along and said Hold My Beer, I'll show you how some real corruption gets done.

There's two guys at our plant (me and my buddy) that are our technical experts in the plant. The 20-ish year guys that know the real inns and outs.
We were just told that we are going to be sharing an office to promote synergy.... sharing a 12x9 office.
Some young kissazzz management protege that is' in his mid 20's pitched the idea to the department manager (who is also new) .
They're using the newly free'd up office as a place for a new management trainee.
Promote synergy??? We've been working together in the same engineering roles for almost 20 years together. We've outlasted 6 plant managers, god only knows how many supervisors, subordinates, and other folks. We talk non-stop. We ARE synergy. We read each other's mind at this point.
I'm about to get REAL dumb around this place. If they're going to house me like an intern, I'll churn out some intern-like ignorance.
