Per ESPN, a loss to Texas is a resume enhancement. So, yes, if there was no room to elevate them then UGA would only drop one spot in the poll.

Is it unreasonable for the # 10 team in the country to have lost to the #1 team (by how much ?) and the #7 team by one score ?
If the rankings are accurate, wouldn't one expect those 2 losses ??
