just flipped from LSU to Michigan....it was reported last week that UM offered him $10.5 MILLION...
Ive said it once and I will say it again....Dabo can do a 180 and just open up with the portal, or we can clean house and pick a coach that is all-in on the portal...either way, it won't make a difference. You people are kidding yourselves if you think we can compete in this new CFB world. Folks, this model will not work for us. We kid about "little ole Clemson", but when it comes to pay for play, we aren't even in the same stratosphere.

These kids don’t care about that or the culture or school anymore … it’s money , you think a kid that is offered that kind of money would take not even a portion of it to come to Clemson … very seriously doubt it . Until the ncaa grows a set and puts actual limits and rules on this stuff we will be doing all we can to win what we are now … and maybe a couple diamond in the rough portal guys could help but it’ll keep going to where it’s the same 3-4 teams in the finals every year and it’ll coincide with the big spending universities.

For a kid out of high school who may succeed or not..Or that kind of dollars being spent in college ball.
Where the Summer job at a car dealership, or a babe on the side, or cash under the table go?

They "W I L L" have to put a stop to Kids out of HS being paid those crazy amounts of money that we're hearing that they're being paid, or they will seriously risk the crumble of college FB bc, the support cast of players that's only being paid chump change, they will stop playing the game at their highest level without being paid equally!!!
