bench coverage. Get rid of Terry and replace him with Ramos. I would also add Thiago and Lahm to help with defending. Keep Courtois as Keeper. Get Ozil from Arsenal in the midfield. Also, Pepe, Modric, and Kroos from Real and Godin from Atletico. Costa and Vidal might help from Bayern.

This isn't Football Manager/PES/FIFA/whatever ultimate team 
They might have some luck raiding Real Madrid, with the apparent demise of Rafa Benitez, but it's going to be a tough sell to get Messi and/or Neymar to leave Barcelona. Also, I read that Simeone is the favorite to be the new manager, so he might be able to bring Godin, Koke, and Fernando Torres (again).

"The team stopped playing for Mou because they despise him. He's an arrogant prick in practice/locker room to the players, on the pitch, and after the game to media. People hate him. That's a large part of why they suck this year.
Mou has made numerous poor personnel decisions with bringing in players and never giving them a chance on the field.
He has apparently has a man crush on past their prime strikers Drogba, Torres, Falcao, Costa, etc to play them over Remy, Ba, Schurrle, Lukkaku, etc.
Our youth development is letting younger players go to waste as Mou refuses to play them despite how poor the current form of starters is. "
