Bowl games with expansion

What will happen, if anything, to the present bowl games? I can't believe they will remain the same. Obviously conference tie-ins will be dissolved, but what else will change? Has anyone heard anything regarding this subject?

I certainly hope we don't have more bowl games. Some have become laughable (6-6) with teams, records, sponsors, and attendance.
