some how rivals has him as a 4 star, 10th best in the state behind 5 3 star kids who are all behind him on their national ranking, one of the being Jadar Johnson (no offence meant to him, great player but not on the same level as boulware) how the F### does that make any sense?

State rankings for SC were not updated since he was given a higher overall ranking. Should be coming soon. He will be top 4.

Simple. He is committed to Clemson, there fore he loses a star. If he had committed to any SEC school, he gains one.
