I have warned Dabo was nothing more than a cheerleader from the start. He got several legacy QB picks that carried the program to 2 nattys. That's the end of that story, sans maybe the receiver room.
I'll get called a "cOoT" by everyone here. It's honestly pathetic the emotional maturity Clemson fans have, as they're incapable of being objective. It's the same reason I can't stand both sides of the political aisle.....the loudest imbeciles are the ones who understand zero facts.
Dabo has hired a slew of nepotism. This might work in Daddy's law firm once your precious babies graduate with a comms degree and know the right people to brush shoulders with enough to barely achieve their J.D. It doesn't work in football.
Gut the entire cadre. Our program is a farce. The emperor has no clothes. I'm just here to point it out. Hate me, call me a coot, whatever helps you cope. Or choose to face reality and rectify the situation.

I dont know if it's "dead on", but some of.the points are worth discussion given the trending over past 4 seasons (not one game). Something is wrong .... and hiring friends/family w limited coaching experience is prob a good place to question.

Danny was never faced with the challenges of players running the show and being able to up and leave at the drop of a dime. And if he was, he wouldn’t have buried his head in the sand and hid from it. I’m pretty sure COACH FORD was quite accomplished at paying for players and doing what it took to win. He just did it when it was illegal.

Whoever gave this incredibly based collection of words a TD, that’s your problem people. Looks like Dabo is getting ratio’d more than usual. I’ve always wondered myself if Dabo was more lucky than he was smart. It’s hard to tell when you make all the right hires, recruit all the right players, and build a nice dynasty propped up by 2 big titles.
The perplexing part is what has happened after all the good. Terrible hire after terrible hire. Busts at QB, WR, and on the recruiting trial. And most of all, the total refusal to use given advantages with the portal and NIL money to give to the HS stars you used to land.
The first part was the stuff of a genius, what we see now is what an unintelligent, self important, ruhtard would do. So is he smart or lucky?

We’ve had two head coaches in 125 years of football that:
A) won a national championship and
B) had a decade long presence in the national conversation
We ran the first guy off and suffered about 20 years of malaise afterwards.
The current one clearly screwed up by winning 2x natties and setting the entitled, bratty millennial/gen-x crowd expectations too high
The current CU program is constantly compared to Alabama under Dabo’s tenure and has beaten all comers from every conference during that time. I’m not sure who you and others believe can come in and make Clemson the annual national champion for the next what 5? 10? 20? years? But since nobody has ever had that kind of dynasty before outside of XBox, I guess the collective brain trust of TNet can figure it out.
