Bold Predictions for Bowl Season/Off-season

With all the buzz surrounding bowl season, the Orange Bowl, early signing day, and the off-season has me more excited than normal. I think as tiger fans we are probably going to have some pretty sweet news coming in the next few weeks. I have a list of predictions in regards to the team and offensive staff:
1.) Jeff Scott will be back on the tiger staff in some capacity. The departure of Nobles to be UWF HC opens up a staff spot for JS. The opening on the staff is also coupled with some interesting timing/rumors that JC and Brad Scott have moved back to the Clemson area. I believe that sometime after the Orange Bowl we will see the announcement that he has once again returned home to join the Clemson family (Certainty of prediction level 8/10).
2.) Ruke and Tyler Davis will make one last run with the tigers instead of declaring for the draft. Based on twitter conversations, general rumors, their disposition during interviews, and their performances this year. I believe that we have a good shot of seeing them on the field again next year for the tigers. Obviously, their draft grade will play a part in their decision, but I think the friendship they share (along with potentially KJ), the excitement of potentially making a run at the title next year, and the general realization the NFL is a full time job, will be enough to get them to return (Certainty of prediction level 7.5/10).
3.) Trenton Simpson and Bresee will return for one more year with the Tigers. Though both have been touted as first round guys (Breesee in Top 10), I have a strong feeling that both will return to action for different reasons:
3A.) Bresee will return because I believe that he feels like he has unfinished business in regards to this past season. Due to a culmination of injuries, illness, and tragedy within his family, he was largely unable to have the kind of season that he had expected. I think he is a hard worker and wants to go out on a high-note, he knows that he will be drafted regardless (Certainty of prediction level 7.0/10).
3B.) I also believe Simpson wants one more year to have a strong showing in his natural position and increase his draft stock to potentially top 10. He has the talent and ability, and I think he is mulling over a potential return. I am especially encouraged that even with his injury, he will be with the team at the OB and has not declared. (Certainty of prediction level 6.5/10).
4.) We will bring in at least two transfers during the off-season. The rumor is that we already have one verbal via the portal and I believe we will at least pick up one more before it is all said and done. Though I do not like the portal, I believe we are actually taking it serious this year and bringing some guys in that will help us during the 2023 season. (Certainty of prediction 8/10).
5.) Clemson will beat UT in the Orange Bowl by the convincing final score of 35-17.
I have a million more thoughts, but I will leave it here for now. Go Tigers!

I am generally terrible at predicting final scores, but if I have to put a certainty level on the score. I'll go 8.5/10.
Regarding the lottery, I generally get my numbers from a fortune cookie. HTH  .

A "mock draft" is put out in an effort to create buzz and clicks. In no way is it actually a reliable determination of where a player might be selected in the draft. As mentioned with TD and Ruke, their actual draft grades will be a crucial factor in TS and BB decisions as well. I'm not so sure that their draft grades will match up with their predicted selection position.

I know it makes for warm fuzzies to believe that our football program is such a special entity that no one would ever want to leave our family culture, but with millions of dollars on the table many guys are going to go pro. We shouldn’t blame them, especially if they have their Clemson degree.

Willy,
I am unreasonably excited as well, but I only expect half of these thing to actually happen. I hope I am wrong (and you are right) but I cannot logically see them all falling into place.
