How much Aero rage is needed?

So my company moved me from one division to another this pay period. This was more than a simple cost center change as everything is under a new EIN. Well, the HR people seem to have bungled this mightily as they didn't take out for any of my benefit elections nor take out my 401k contribution and thus no match. Seeing as I've got 25 or so more years of work left, should I raise hell about this?
