Here it's pulled pork nachos.
Tortilla chips underneath leftover pulled pork, black beans, jalepenos, onion, sour creme, and avacado y tomatillo salsa.
Water for lube.
Oh, and cheese. Couple different kinds.

With a black bean caviar type salad. Flaked some brook trout into it. Excellent.

Sheet pan Greek chicken thighs. Baked along side with zucchini, squash, onion, kalamatas, cherry maters and feta.

My wife sent me that one that other day, or something similar. We made it minus the kalamatas and minus the feta and we used breast because I am a breast man*. Was delicious.
thighs are actually better, but my family loves the white meat like they are some kind of racists.

buccees food just sitting in the passenger seat taking in the ambient 69 degree a/c, then tossing it in the fridge overnight. Another food haul from the fridge to SRS later, and it's sat out unrefrigerated for another 4 hours before consumed.
Is this right, or are you packing a cooler good sir?
Part of this judgement is tv dinner related, btw.

which is a Wednesday. Assuming it wasn't made 100% fresh in front of you (I got no clue about Buccee's food), that is 2+ days at the least.

I stand corrected.
I also might not stand long if I ate that, depending on the preservation techniques employed during transit.
