the TN-BAMA broadcast imho.

Both the Vol & Nole stadiums are similar in shape (but not in capacity of fans) and both of the home fan bases were fired up..and both the games were competitive..but sadly the SEC game, stadium & crowd won the day over the best the ACC offered same day.

Saying, I really like the SEC and much of what it brings to college football and if I wasn't a Clemson Tiger fan since 1958 (thus an ACC football fan)..

I'd be a traitor and be a SEC fan and maybe a Dawg since Clemson Grad Son went to UGa Law School for 3 long years and I enjoyed visiting their beautiful campus and cute little Athens (has 100 bars and a big time stadium).

But I am a TiGER thru & thru and that scenario gladly will never happen at age 81 but Clemson's possible joining the SEC wouldn't upset me at all since we have what it takes to compete there along with a great culture, stadium, football history (Heisman being a coach 1900-1903) & a super Fan base.

Go TiGERS!

UT vs Bama was an awesome college football game even if you're a fan without a dog in the hunt. Smokey ain't my dog, but I was very happy for him yesterday!

Anytime I can see Nicky pissed on the sidelines is a good day.

Hats off to the UT fans, they were rocking it!

Bill, I've generally preferred watching the SEC games

over the years even if ACC games are on.

You're right: that Bama/Vols game wore me out. I had to reinvigorate myself by the time ours started.
