Michael Lombardi is on Pat McAfee's show talking about it right now. Of course he has to say what he says but....he said they have all signed contracts, got paychecks already and are 'All In' with UNC. Said Belicheck is in DC today and that while college has more red tape/regulatory challenges, its actually easier as a GM than in the pros. Don't have to deal with the owner, owners family input, etc.

I think ultimately this is Bill's way of maybe getting his son a HC job? If all goes well, he might take over.
