what people dont mention is that the refs screwed the Cowboys on that play too - because they screwed up who was declared eligble they told the Cowboys defenders that Skipper was eligible - thus they didn't cover Decker He was open because the Cowboys rightly thought he was a tackle on the play based on what the Refs told them
