Snap the ball because of a defensive substitution.
1. Who was he telling to calm down his players were all the way on the other side of the field and no one was worked up
2. Why was he laughing afterwards
3. He had the opportunity to say all of that to the sideline reporter when he asked about it after the game and did not; no one had given him the excuse yet.

And, I thought it was a rule, essentially saying the same as a fair catch on a punt.
When SC threw the ball across the field, I assumed I didn't see the arms extended.
Easy rule to fix. Next year, arms extended will be "no return."
I understand Bielema being ticked off.
