Putin and Kim Jong Un working together on military weapons and space technology feels like a major anti-American step. Putin has threatened nukes if US continues military support for Ukraine and Kim has always wanted to build a nuclear missile that could land on US soil.
Putin receiving military weapons while teaching Kim how to build bigger rockets just don't sit well with me. Hopefully this falls apart but seems like it's done deal after Kim visited Russia's spaceport today although the russians can't land on the moon without crashing.

I surely didn't vote for Biden. I do believe we are the laughing stock of the world since Biden has taken office. Trump kept countries in check but now they just hope US will send them money for whatever their cause is like Saudi, Ukraine, Afghanistan with the $83bil in military equipment, etc. At least we could have given Ukraine that $83b worth of stuff instead of giving to Taliban.

May be post hoc propter hoc but Russia was staying within it's borders and the western world wasn't spending deficit Dollard fighting a proxy war. NK and Russia weren't openly dating then either.

we inherited this mess from trump. He gave both of those all the encouragement they needed, and tore up the treaty with Iran thus preventing us from being able to inspect.. thanks a lot trump

The last thing, and the biggest mistake that either one of those two countries could ever do, is to fire a Nuke at the USA or anyone of our allies. I don't think that anyone needs to convince them of what a mistake that would be bc they both already know that it would be. Russia has always been a Saber rattling country, so nothing has changed....

Russia is not just holding on. Over 700,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed. Europe is ready for a truce and Blanken is leaning that way. Russia could have obliterated Ukraine months ago. Russia, unlike the USA does not like to obliterate a country and then spend trillions of dollars rebuilding it.

Russia's military casualties, the officials said, are approaching 300,000. The number includes as many as 120,000 deaths and 170,000 to 180,000 injured troops. Not worried at all.
The Kim Dynasty's main goal is survival. They want to remain in power and construct their socialist state into achieving communism one day. The United States overthrew many governments throughout the Cold War. Kim Jong-Un understands that nuclear bombs are the greatest deterrent for us overthrowing his regime. But, he wouldn't launch them towards us. He is intelligent enough to know the ramifications of what would happen.
He wants to posture and threaten us in exchange for us lifting sanctions on their economy that are starving their people. That is all.
They can't produce much given their lack of natural resources. So they are a nation that must rely on trade and foreign investment. However, they are the most sanctioned country on the planet. So everything that need must be built in their own country: energy, manufacturing, textiles, farming, etc. Easing up of sanctions allows for more trade. That is what they are seeking.
