Next morning if hungover or even just sluggish 2 Goody headache powders and a bottle of Vitamin Water Revive.

I still recommend the B-Complex before you start each session. Replenishes something that the alcohol flushes out - I forget what.
Turns your pee a pretty color too

microwave one 8oz jar of dukes mayonaise for 2 minutes with top removed. allow to cool for 1 minute. screw top back on shake vigorously, remove top and chug.
if you are drunk off champagne, use tartar sauce instead of mayo. hth.
