It's actually kind of enlightening and if anything it shows how incredibly powerful a megacorp worth $157 billion dollars with a near-infinite legal budget and some of the worst legal sharks on Planet Earth are.
In contrast, gubmint lawyering is an entry-level gig. It's sort of like Clemson against Slippery Rock U. It's actually more than a little alarming how disproportionate that balance of power actually is.
Ron thought he'd win some free pub gleefully poking that beast with a stick, and ended up looking like that poor fella from Tiger King.
Unwise, Ron. Unwise. Congrats. Now you're a cautionary tale.

I’ve heard from someone close to Florida politics that there are 3 things in Florida you don’t eff if you are a politician. The sugarcane growers, the Seminole tribe, and Mickey Mouse. Ron done messed up going after the last one.
And he went about it in the worst way too. If he wanted to just end corporate fiefdoms in the state of Florida, that would have been one thing, but there was language in the law to specifically only target Disney, and that’s pretty alarming and plays like pure retaliation for not liking his policies.

No I was not in fact "advocating" for that. In fact I very clearly said it was alarming, because it is. It still does not make Ron any less of a nincompoop for poking that great beast, and left me questioning his judgement from Minute 1.

Not on Joe's necessarily (they're elected separately at convention), but if the LP can nominate a non-chud for Pres (big IF), Parker would be an outstanding VP.
