BB haters and his most loyal fans have to admit

last night was a masterful coaching job. Running the offense through Godfrey completely caught UNC off guard. Except for dribbling himself into trouble a couple of times, he played fairly well. There are times when he pulls up for a three, I am yelling, No, No, No" at the TV. Then he drains it. I think BB managed PJ's fall trouble perfectly. Defense was what we have needed to see and will need to see moving forward.

It makes me sad that some have become so over the top anti BB that they could not enjoy last nights win. That was the best road win I have ever seen from a Clemson team from start to finish.

This morning there are still the BB haters saying he needs to be fired. There are a few of his ardent supporters that think last night should earn him a contract extension (I read a lifetime contract in one post). Can we all just take a deep breath and wait until the season is over. I am sure at that point Graham Neff will make the right decision for Clemson. In the meantime, remember we are all tigers, except for bretfsu® and he is an honorary tiger. Yes, I am aware there are a group of closet coots, tiger wannabees they are.

Let's enjoy the rest of the season and support our players, who gave 110% last night and should get an honorary touch of Howard's rock for their effort. Let's support BB. For now he wears a tiger paw and coaches our team. He deserves respect just for that. There will be plenty of time in March to evaluate, analyze, and make a decision moving forward. I personally hope BB does well. He has a very solid recruiting class coming in. If a decision is made to go in another direction, we all need to support that too.

Oh yeah, Judge Keller® and Clemson mountaineers® have a great day.

Brad Brownell sucks and he should be fired at seasons end if not before....if your measuring stick for success is beating one top 5 team a year, barely making the tournament (if we're lucky) and probably losing in the first round then you are the type of person who thinks the coots have a successful football program as their measure of success is quite mediocre as well

Let's say we win our four remaining home games and one of the two road games, finishing regular season 20-8 and 10-7 in the conference. That places us likely 5-9 seed in the conference. Let's say we are an 8 seed and win that game. Now we are 21-8. We get the two seed, likely UVa or Duke, both of which we know we can compete with. A win puts as at 22-8 and no worse than forth in the ACC. In the NCAA tournament we win one and finish the season at 23-9. You would still fire BB? I'm not being critical just asking a realistic question.

We have 9 regular season games left.

I think we need to go at least 5-4 the rest of the way to be sure we get in. This assumes no bad losses.

I believe will do better than 5-4, but even with a .500 ACC record we should get in based on the strength of our non-conference schedule and our quad 1 wins.

We've never gone better than 5-4 in the last 10 years.

I'd be really impressed by us going 6-3 which makes us 7-3 in the last 10 games.

We have 5 home games remaining. All we have to do is win the games we should and we will be a 6-8th seed.

Maybe we should have won the games we were supposed to win

Realistic answer - my opinion - yes, he should be fired. We can do MUCH better.***

Brad Brownell: Only Larry freaking Shyatt has a WORSE overall winning percentage among Clemson basketball coaches since 1975. Let that sink in. It's Larry Shyatt & then Brad Brownell.

We had to settle for him the last time we had a vacancy because we

The BEST Clemson basketball performance from start to finish I have ever seen.

In those last mins, based on how coaching was going and the team was playing, I believed the team would win.

That’s possibly a first.

Totally agree. I think the last few minutes of that game tells us a lot. The coach prepared the team for a close ending and they were prepared to play winning basketball when they had to!

Clemson playing a national team on their court, a place where they have won ONCE in the history of Tiger basketball and led the ENTIRE game except for a few seconds tie and you clowns find fault with that!!! And you call yourself A FAN! I think not.

upended #1 UNC at home, so put the breaks on there bud. Let the season play out. Probably greatest win of BB's tenure last night, no doubt. But consistency is what really makes great - even good - programs. If his team goes on the swoon again in the tourney, it's time to seriously consider his departure. The team's performance down the stretch and in post-season is the critical thing.

I like your positivity. I was so happy about our win over UNC in chapel hill. However this is the mo of Brad and with T Bowden. Just at his darkest hour he does something big. I can’t look over his getting beat by Miami and GT. His handling the end of NC game was great but his handling of the end of the Duke game not so much. He is totally inconsistent and loses to many games he should win. If he finishes strong and gets in NCAA tournament and does well in both the ACC and NCAA tournaments then keep him. If not replace him.

For me doing well in the ACC tourney = win two. Same with NCAA.
