NO, but IPTAY sent an email on Friday saying they didn't send us all of our parking passes. We got it sorted.....hopefully.

decades, my educated guess as to the actual IPTAY priorities are as follows:

1. Nice offices for themselves.
2. Schmoozing with donors that give over $25k per year.
3. Traveling to away games/bowl games.
4. Providing scholarships for Clemson athletes.
5. What’s for lunch today.
6. Customer service for your average donor.

I was pretty close to that crowd back when things were good in my life. They often complained for having to attend "away" games.

Nobody’s perfect, but how often do you see FedEx routing like this? Four days to go from Little Rock, AR to Louisville, KY?
These guys do this every year.

I have worked at UPS for 34 years. Unfortunately stuff like this happens. I get my pet food from chewy and it's delivered by Fed Ex. I have never had a problem with it. I ordered some graphic tees about a year ago from a company that used Fed Ex. The t shirts got to Memphis and disappeared. It happens with both companies.

When I worked with the 55 Exchange Ice Cream program we shipped ice cream to anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. ICE CREAM!! We used both companies. UPS to SC, GA, and most of NC. FedEx to the other states. We could pack it with enough dry ice to last 50-60 hours depending on outside temperatures. This is child’s play compared to holding your breath to see if they get ice cream delivered before it melts.

This whole parking pass debacle is a huge frustration. I talked to IPTAY yesterday and today and they still could not tell me when I would get the other 1/2 of my passes. Generally when problems like this show on the outside, there are bigger problems on the inside. IPTAY could use new leadership.

I only received one out of three Parking Passes..

I received only one parking pass. My Primary Pass is AOL. I talked to IPTAY office last Thursday. This is the Third Year in a ROW that I have not received all my parking passes. Two years ago- I had to meet someone outside the Martin Inn on GameDay to receive one of my passes.
