I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of recruits or players hit the portal after spring. Hard not to say tampering lines won't be crossed just to test the waters after spring ball

I know everyone on TNet is convinced the portal is only used for starters, but if there is a young DE on PSU roster that will not start at PSU or Clemson in 2025, but has solid upside and could grow into a starter in 26 or 27, that is somebody we could use.
This scenario could apply to other positions other than DE.
