Every fan base thinks that they are just going to fire their coaches, hire new ones, and wa-la, they will solve all the problems.

Yep. Between buyouts. NIL$. Rev sharing. Paying AD’s millions. The money is going to run out faster than wins come back.

And let’s not forget, when the elite recruit turns on the TV or radio, they don’t hear about playing football at the power 4 level. They only hear SEC and B10. Everyone else is irrelevant.

There is a lot more money to throw around. But there are still just 12 wins on the table. They’re naturally going to come at a dearer price.

Let’s throw more money. Is it money or coaches? Amazing how Air Noland is riding the pine. DJ Lagway sucks. So does Archie. And Beck. Apparently none of the coaches know how to develop players anymore.
Maybe the problem is paying 18 year olds more
Money in one year than I’ve made in 40.
