During a 1979 snowstorm, I watched DL Steve Reese slide down the Clemson House hill face first into a parked jeep. He had to have extensive dental work done that eventually was cited in NCAA violations in 1981.

Back in the olden days we would get a car hood (swipe) from the local junkyard turn it upside down and get as many folks on as we could and down our hill we went. Everybody knew not to stand in the way. No Steering.

Dead giveaway that the football players are no longer actual students.

Should’ve been a Harcombe tray.

Guess they wouldn’t let him use the fine china from the Paw Bistro.

It would be hard to find a tray from Harcombe since it’s gone.

"When I was young, I was sure of many things; now there are only two things of which I am sure: one is, that I am a miserable sinner; and the other, that Christ is an all-sufficient Saviour. He is well-taught who learns these two lessons." -John Newton
