The season ended less than a week ago. There is still plenty of time to pursue guards and others in the portal. Most players weigh their options and go on visits. That takes time. This year we luckily had a few early commits. Last year commits came later.
Jaedan zachary didn't commit until 4/21/24
Viktor Lahkin didn't commit until 4/17/24
Myles and christian were both after that. I look forward to see which guard/guards we get.

Yes, kind of strange that some good guards came out, and other teams got them and it was reported on a lot of portal sites that Clemson did not even contact them.
There are few big name 4 star guards or wing forwards in portal who have not indicated where they are visiting so perhaps they are involved with those, or the staff knows a few that will going into the portal in this next week and they are waiting for those guys to enter the portal.
It was so weird Clemson was so active the first of the portal and after a dead period ended before the weekend of no visits nothing, and now the dead period has ended and visits can resume this weekend and no reports of any guard visits. We will have to wait and see what happens.

Thanks for the info. Glad we can easily expect a return to the NCAA tourney and continue the golden age of Clemson basketball.

Wait a second. I thought brownell left us in an unprecedented situation with only 7% of our production remaining on the team. It would take coach k to overcome these hurdles and turn us into a tourney team, right?

Isnt it funny that the haters always over-dramatize the clemson basketball supporters opinion With some ridiculous nonsense? "The golden age"? "We get better every year". Nobody ever says that.
The opposite of that is the haters takes that we see nearly every day. I literally post exact quotes and they sound just as dramatic if not more than what the haters pretend the supporters say.

This seems like a personal attack and not at all related to the topic at hand. Do you wish to elaborate on your feeling regarding the use of the portal and the quality of the late additions we can expect? I’m excited about keeping this program - the only real program in Clemson basketball history according to some - going .

It's the brownell hater lifecycle. They trash the program in the offseason. When we start playing well they go from trashing our team to placing ridiculous expectations on the team. Remember this year when the expectation was to win an acc title? The acc was "down", so the expectation was to beat a 20 win team, a top 15 team and then the #1 team in the nation. Anything less is a disappointment. People were even mentioning an asterisk because copper flagg got hurt. It happens every year like clockwork and these complete bozos that are too dumb to notice the pattern.
