In many ways..
* by using racism & division with purpose to split up society by bringing up old slavery wounds & issues on Whites & Blacks alike to do it.
* trying to unravel the family unit by reducing the importance of a parent having authority over the child at school and knowing what the child is feeling or doing about its gender reservations.
* using illegal & made-up lawfare tactics to go after certain unfavorable groups such as the political opponents, religious, white, conservative, Repubs, anti-abortion, Trump voters (called Domestic Terrorists by Biden himself).

Obama promised the FUNDAMENTAL TRANSFORMATION of the USA. Biden too.
That involves a lot of chit, some of which you call out. It also involves
Creating chaos and a populace that feels they need the government to save them from crime, climate change, bad personal decisions, etc.
Creating generational grievance
Creating and perpetuating attitudes that old-think is bad and new-think is good, no matter what traditional logic would say
Dumbing down the citizenry so they willingly and gladly accept any suggestions by higher authority

No worries, he will be off to political retirement soon and in 4+short years, hopefully we will find a decent candidate to run our country.

but it seemed like Trump's 4 years were pretty dang good as a whole. Economy and such was humming. No wars going on and peaceful relative to other time periods across the world.
Just seemed like his policies were working pretty well.
But again...I don't follow it super closely.
